Update: April

I have recently started my own business, and April is stupidly busy - as in '12-hour days and working most weekends' busy. I really can't answer Ring-related emails during this time - sorry! Please post questions to the Ringers forum instead - thanks.

I very much appreciate the thank-you emails I get, and I aim to answer them all.

However, if you are emailing to ask a question about the Ring, I ask three things ...

First, please do check my website carefully first. The vast majority of questions people ask are answered at the site.

Second, check my website again! Every week, I receive at least 5-10 emails asking me questions which are answered right there on the site, just one click from the homepage. Please note that for the sake of my sanity, I no longer respond to these emails at all - I just delete them. So if you don't get a reply, it's because the answer is on the site.

Third, please post questions to the Ringers forum and not to me directly. That has the dual advantage of spreading the load, and also giving you more than one perspective. While there's a fair bit I know about the Ring, the list as a whole knows a lot more than any one person does.
